Zentangle Art Experience:  Friday, March 28, 4:30 p.m.

Zentangle is a unique art form used to create beautiful images from repetitive patterns.....some people call it yoga for the mind.

Participants will receive a complimentary “tile” on which to draw.  Pens will be supplied. Increase your focus and creativity with this easy-to-learn art form. Create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns, relax and let your creativity drive you!

Doctor Who Art Contest for Teens (5-12th Grade)
Entry Deadline: January 31, 2014, 6:00 p.m.

Draw or paint anything related to the DOCTOR WHO Universe!
On the back of your artwork, please list your name, grade, school, and phone number.

Join us this Thursday, 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. for MINECRAFT CLUB.
Play, talk, snack....meet other Minecraft fans.
Please bring your own device to play on (old phones and ipods work well) and have an account already set up.

Note: we are looking for older teens to help administer this Club and provide tutorials on Minecraft tips and tricks. Pass this along to teens in need of service hours.

TEEN READ WEEK EVENTS

Thursday, October 17, Drop-in anytime between 4-6 p.m.
Bring your own device (iPod, laptop, phone) and play MINECRAFT. Players must have their own established Minecraft account to attend this program. Grades 5 - 12, no need to pre-register.
Snacks will be available to invigorate your game play.
Remember, you must have a Minecraft account already setup and bring a device to play on.

Make your own motorized BRUSHBOT ROBOT from a toothbrush!
All supplies will be provided; limit of 12 teens in grades 5-12.

TeenRead 2013: We Mustache You to Read

Here's the Reading Log for the Mustache program. You only have to finish ONE log, but you can earn more (fake) money to spend by coming to our summer programs for teens. Attend the Teen Mustache Photo Booth Program on June 13 at 1 p.m, and you'll earn $1000 (fake $), AND, if you attend the Teen Craft Program on June 27 at 1 p.m. (please sign up for this program in the registration book at the Library), you will receive ANOTHER $1000 (in fake $) to spend at the Prize Auction, Tuesday, July 30 at 5 p.m. You'll be a Mustache Millionaire! (Almost.)
